Traditional Plastering & Lime plastering

Traditional plastering covers a wide range of different materials and finishes such as sand and cement work (both interior and exterior), lime plaster work in old and listed buildings(becoming very popular again in modern buildings due to its ability to let a building breathe naturally). Different rendering finishes include plain faced render. I also offer lightweight gypsum based backing plasters, including hardwall, toughcoat and bonding. This type of plastering is designed for customers who require a solid and durable finish.

Re-skim/Skim/Magnetic plaster

Whether it's just one wall or a whole house/building you need to refurbish, re-skimming is the most cost effective way to give your rooms a fresh and modern feel.

Dry lining

Fixing plasterboard to ceilings and walls using several different techniques depending on what your building requires. This includes screwing directly to wooden joists or stud work, direct bond (Dot & Dab) to existing brick or blockwork, or metal stud work which comes in many forms. Drylining has many outstanding qualities, such as insulation, noise reduction, moisture resistant, impact resistant and the ability to use different boards for differing purposes. We are happy to advise on which ones suits your project. 

Monocouche / Silicone Render Systems

Modern renders are mainly Thin coat silicone render systems or the ever popular Monocouche / K rend render systems ,they come in a variety of colours to suit your exterior, these are highly waterproof but allow your property to breath. This type of rendering is low maintenance but very impressive.These render systems can be Machine or hand applied depending on size.

Floorscreeding

Floorscreeding is traditionally a plasterers job although it has become more of a job for the specialist.We are happy to quote for work on small projects such as housing,extensions and small areas under 150m2. For bigger project we would advise you to use our trusted floorscreeding associate.

External Wall Insulation (EWI)

EWI popularity has increased greatly in the last few years.Giving your property and brand new rendered look whilst helping to reduce your energy bills.

Patching and Repair work

Sometimes plastering jobs are quite small and only require a repair, maybe a crack or a loose section of plaster. Don't be scared to call, no job is too small and I'm happy to help!
